About Payment Receipt Template (Excel)
A professional payment receipt template in Excel for confirming money received, whether by M-Pesa, cash, bank transfer, cheque or card. Enter the invoice amount and the amount received, and the balance remaining and a PAID IN FULL or PART PAYMENT status calculate automatically. Pick the payment method from a drop-down and record the M-Pesa code, cheque number or bank reference so every payment can be traced. There are fields for who received the payment, a signature and stamp line, and a note that the receipt is not a tax invoice. It prints on one A4 page or saves as a PDF.
