About Quotation Template (Excel)
A professional quotation template in Excel for Kenyan businesses that quote before they invoice. Add your details and the client's, list the items or services with quantity, unit and rate, and the subtotal, discount, VAT, total and deposit due calculate automatically. Choose VAT Y/N for each line, set the deposit percentage you ask for, and the Valid Until date is worked out from the quote date and the number of validity days. Editable Terms & Conditions cover timelines, deposits and revisions, and an acceptance section lets the client sign to approve. It prints on one A4 page or saves as a PDF, and when the client accepts you can copy it into the matching invoice template.
