About Purchase Order Template (Excel)
A purchase order template in Excel for ordering goods or services from your suppliers in writing. Fill in your details, the vendor's and the ship-to address, plus the requisitioner, shipping method, delivery date and terms. List up to 15 items with quantity and unit price and the line totals, subtotal, VAT or tax (16% by default), shipping, other charges and the order total calculate automatically. A comments box holds delivery instructions, payment terms and the required delivery date. It prints on one A4 page or saves as a PDF to send to the vendor.
