A clean, professional invoice template in Excel, built for Kenyan small businesses and freelancers. Add your business name, address and KRA PIN, list up to 12 items with quantity, unit and rate, and the line amounts, subtotal, discount, VAT and balance due calculate automatically. Each line has a VAT Y/N drop-down for taxable or zero-rated items, the VAT rate defaults to 16% and can be changed, and the due date is worked out from the invoice date and your payment terms. A payment details block has space for your M-Pesa Paybill and account, Till number and bank details, and the notes section holds your payment terms. It prints on one A4 page or saves as a PDF to send by email or WhatsApp, and a How To Use sheet inside the file explains every step.
